What currency are your prices in?

*All of our prices are shown in approximate US Dollars (USD), but our website charges in Mexican Pesos. We encourage guests to bring extra Pesos for souvenirs, tips, and alcoholic beverages (if you choose).

*NOTE*….If you you are more than 20 minutes late for the scheduled pickup time, your tour will be cancelled and there will be no refund*

What if the weather is bad on the day of my tour?

Since we are located in a tropical environment, it can start raining when you least expect it. However, we still tour when there is a light rain because it often doesn’t last long. Keep in mind that it can be raining in one area such as Playa del Carmen or Akumal, but not in Tulum. We do not take customers out for water activities if there is thunder, lightening, and/or strong winds. If inclement weather requires us to cancel water activities, we will offer alternatives. If there is severe weather such as a tropical storm, hurricane, etc. in the area of your tour and on the day of your tour, we will refund you 100%.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! We are available through the Contact Us page on this site, through all of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TripAdvisor, and Yelp), or you can email us directly at [email protected].
